You will notice that I have repeated some classes throughout the month. That is intentional! When you do a class once that's great. When you do a class 3 times or more you start improving, advancing and mastering!
Some days are longer than others. The plan... Just do yoga! You can always add on ab session or stretch session. The calendar is to help keep you on track no matter if you are doing yoga 15 minutes or 45 minutes!
This 30-minute flow will stretch your limbs and internal body, while keeping a constant flow. We will practice some flowy hip openers,oblique stretches, pumping psoas openers, and heart openers. I throw in a few back bends to get the front body length. Enjoy this full body stretch class!
This Free Form practice is loaded with stretches, inversions, and backbends. We will glide through this practice with lots of movement, challenging poses and no pressure or expectations. Freely flow with me at your own rhythm and pace. You will feel open, bendy and exhilarated!
Open Hamstrings are the gateway to advanced poses. My simple 15 minute hamstring stretch, will take your practice to a new level. We work everything from ankles, calves, backs of knees to hamstrings, to master the full hamstring stretch pose- the splits.
This fiery, continuous 15 minutes of ab work is no joke! We will do scissors, many different variations on the basic sit up, twists with pumps and flexibility challenges while adding ab exercises. Are you ready? Let ’s do this!

This old-fashioned, primal, slow burn, is one of my favorites! Deep low lunges, constant core, big stretches, all at a slow, burning pace. This is how I learned yoga, slow, purposeful, precise, with lots of hidden gems. This is a strength building class, that can be practiced 2-4 times a week....
