I love hummus! If you are vegan, vegetarian, or just want a healthy, nutritious snack, hummus is the favorite! I use my homemade hummus as a dip, a spread on sandwiches, and as a salad dressing. It travels well, and can easily be a midday snack with veggies and crackers. My simple, quick recipe will have you making this snack a few times a week!
2 cups of chickpeas, rinsed & drained
⅔ cup Tahini
¼ cup lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
½ cup water
¼ cup olive oil
¼ tsp sea salt
Add all ingredients to food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
