You have asked a great question. 😊
Yoginora is created to take any class that calls to you on any given day. Anything from deep stretch, beginner, advanced, or you can select a class by time. If you only have 20 minutes one day, you can select a class in the 15-30 minute section.
BUT, having said that, I also created some class progressions/challenges. These might be what you are looking for.
