Hello Lovelies,

How is everyone doing? Hopefully, you can get out and get some fresh air during this stay at home time. I've found it so important just to go for a walk and get out of the house! But, to be honest, I'm a bit of a homebody. As long as I can practice yoga and meditation in the morning, going out later in the day for a beach walk, or a swim, or to the health food store is an added bonus!

I'm looking for your feedback. What classes would you most like to see added to Yoginora? More beginner or advanced yoga classes, more guided meditation, more juice and smoothie recipes??? Your feedback is so valuable to me. You are the direction the site is going! Request anything your little heart desires. And I will really try my best to bring you those classes.

Dear Nora, you are amazing !! i am so grateful to find you on the internet. i started with your flow class for the beginners and intermediate on Youtube channel and here i am now. I do your classes selectively . one day the basic class and the other the advanced class. sometimes the inversion flow and the other day your home advance flow etc. As i get more involved in Yoga i feel little confused and anxious to know whether i should be doing only one video up until its perfection or it is ok to switch from video to video. I absolutely feel stronger, more peaceful and happy and this seems enough, although i would like to advance in my practices and so i would like to receive an advise from you. on how to :) thank you so much. you are absolutely gorgeous and the best teacher i have searched on internet so far. BRAVO !!

Hello Natia! Thanks so much for being here on Yogi Nora and practicing with me! I started my YouTube channel over 10 years ago, so It's pretty wonderful that you are now here! You have brought up a great question: "How do you know which videos to do daily." It sounds like you are looking to advance in your practice. My advice would be to choose 2-3 advanced classes that you find challenging. The repetition of challenging classes is the best way to see your own improvement and gain confidence in the more challenging poses. Rotate through these classes every week, so you work different poses and different muscle groups. Fill in the gap with stretch classes, flow classes, ab's, or a Yin Class. If you can do an advance practice 3 times a week, then 2 more classes a week, you are practicing 5 times a week, which is awesome! If you want to be a warrior, go for 6 days a week, using the extra day to focus on my How To classes, as if you are taking mini workshops with me! Lastly, thank you so much for your kind words. Hello Dear Nora!
Here I am again after a couple of months pause! I love all of your videos, the way you talk and explain how to do every motion properly. My favourites are Ashtanga Vinyasa Series. I hope there will be more of them. I also need some more vegan meal recipes. What else can I eat except smoothies and juices? Honestly, eating is the hardest part! I find it very difficult to keep a variety of products, especially fresh fruit and veggies in the winter. By the way, I'm drinking a cucumber juice with green apple, ginger and turmeric while I'm writing right now. I've never thought there is such a thing as a cucumber juice! In my culture, we only consume cucumbers in salad :)

Hi Nora & greetings from Ireland! I came across your site on an internet article and I'm delighted I did. I started practicing yoga in March during our 1st lockdown (still in Level 5 lockdown now) and have been trying to build my practice since. I'm mid 50's, healthy, reasonably fit but have super tight hips and a concrete left hamstring 😂 I'm working on your 10 min hips practice so will let you know how it goes. I see you have a 15 min hamstring practice too! Love your 45 min flow video and the abs one also....more of those??!! ☘☘😁

Hey Nora! I love all the intro classes that have one gently progressing in their practice! I have been diligent in repeating these classes and I noticed you do not have as many advanced options I followed you when you were on yoga30 and you had some long challenging flows there I was wondering if you would be able to do something like that in the future?
