How is everyone doing? Hopefully, you can get out and get some fresh air during this stay at home time. I've found it so important just to go for a walk and get out of the house! But, to be honest, I'm a bit of a homebody. As long as I can practice yoga and meditation in the morning, going out later in the day for a beach walk, or a swim, or to the health food store is an added bonus!
I'm looking for your feedback. What classes would you most like to see added to Yoginora? More beginner or advanced yoga classes, more guided meditation, more juice and smoothie recipes??? Your feedback is so valuable to me. You are the direction the site is going! Request anything your little heart desires. And I will really try my best to bring you those classes.
