This old-fashioned, primal, slow burn, is one of my favorites! Deep low lunges, constant core, big stretches, all at a slow, burning pace. This is how I learned yoga, slow, purposeful, precise, with lots of hidden gems. This is a strength building class, that can be practiced 2-4 times a week. Enjoy the burn!
