This class is a beautiful, meditative experience. We hold deep stretches to gain awareness and flexibility in the body, and calmness in the mind. I guide you through each pose with options of props, for every level of practitioner. Yin Yoga is a style of yoga that uses the stillness of the poses, to encourage a meditative state, while gaining flexibility in the body.
