This is an all level class. It is a nurturing, healing flow class that is easy on your joints and calming to your mind. This mindful flow will stretch your hamstrings, low back and spine. Breathing with an even flow, keeps you calm and centered. Practice this class when you want to be kind to yourself, and when you want a gentle, healing flow.
Sundays are a special day and deserve a special class! This class will have you stretching, strengthing and feeling fantastic. And of course, you have my permission to use it any day of the week ;-)
